I'm a bit hesitant on writing a blog, even though it is for class.  It always seemed like a narcissistic version of a diary, and I'm not one to be very public with my thoughts.  However, I am aware that many authors and community leaders keep blogs in order to communicate their ideals, so I do realize that there is a constructive use for blogs - I'm just not sure that my blog would be all that interesting!

So, about this past week of class.  I think the change of atmosphere on Fridays is kind of invigorating, and as much as technology scares me, I'm eager to learn about things that students will connect with in the classroom.  Except I don't think I'll be arranging a chat room for them to use!
